      • Includes standard Byga roles (e.g., All users, Byga Support, Coaches, Commissioner, DOC, Managers, Registrar) and club-defined roles.
      • Permissions in this section are universal (not specific to a user's resources).
      • Club-wide Group/Role Settings (Section 1.3.1.1): Define name, description, staff inheritance, and who can message the group. New controls allow disabling event creation and messaging by team admins. Commissioners can disable other commissioners.

      • Copy Permissions From... (Section 1.3.1.4): Simplifies role creation by duplicating unscoped permissions from an existing role/group, with options to replace or add permissions.
    • Scoped Roles (Section 1.3.2):
      • Byga predefined roles that define permissions relative to a user's associated resources (e.g., a coach's own team).
      • Note that team-scoped roles are now primarily managed within Team Group permissions.
  • Notifications (Section 1.4): Enables or disables various club-wide system notifications, overriding user-specific preferences. Includes notifications for player eligibility, game/practice schedule updates, team/group events, club calendar updates, and game/custom event reminders.
  • Email (Section 1.5):
    • Manages club's email settings and "Official Club" email addresses, which allow administrative groups to send emails showing the club's official email as the sender.
